Our purchasing team seeks out the freshest ingredients, sourced from the UK wherever possible, and always purchased ethically and safely.
Our executive chefs work closely with our purchasing teams to develop menus using regional and seasonal products. These are supported by a monthly communication plan highlighting what is in season, informing customers about our great producers and providing a selection of menus.
