Paul has been celebrated for his success on delivering an expert experience at highly rated City Social. Leading 32 chefs to serve up to 280 covers a day, Paul curates a menu based on British ingredients and focuses on using all the elements of those ingredients. He champions the lengths that his suppliers have gone to provide him with the best British produce and it’s easy to see this being showcased in his dishes at the Michelin Star restaurant.

Paul has also been working with Jason to design the new menus for Temple & Sons, the second partnership restaurant between The Social Company and Restaurant Associates, opening this month. He will head up the kitchen of the new venture while keeping a firm grasp of his current captaincy.
