National Apprenticeship Week

As part of National Apprenticeship Week, we spoke to our Apprentice Chef Ambassador Dipna Anand about the importance that apprenticeships play within our sector. Dipna says “Apprenticeships are so important for the Hospitality and Catering Industry as they help individuals develop their knowledge and skills. Apprenticeships help to improve productivity, quality and service in a business. Apprenticeships are of utmost importance not only to help businesses retain their workforce and develop their teams, but they also help organisations like Restaurant Associates UK to raise its profile in the local community. Investing in apprenticeships actually in the long term not only will benefit many individuals but the business overall will improve.”

As part of National Apprenticeship Week, Matt Thomas, Managing Director for Restaurant Associates talks about the importance of Apprenticeships during National Apprenticeship Week 2023: “Apprenticeships are essential to a business like ours; it helps us to attract talent, support communities and creates a positive footprint in an employee's life and development journey.”
