Our founders brought culinary expertise in from our own set of Manhattan’s most famous landmarks including ‘Brasserie’ (the first 24-hour restaurant) and the ‘Four Seasons’ (infamous home of the business power lunch).

Together the team carved an unrivalled reputation running restaurants and cafes in some of the most prestigious cultural venues in New York City, these include Lincoln Center and the Guggenheim Museum.
